**Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Finance & Accounts**

**1. Accounts & Financial Reporting**
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, General Ledger, Payroll, etc.).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with **Ind-AS and statutory audit requirements**.
- Review and finalize MIS reports for management.

**2. Budgeting & Cost Control**
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor actual vs budgeted expenditure.
- Implement effective cost control measures.

**3. Taxation & Compliance**
- Oversee **GST, TDS, Income Tax filings**.
- Handle statutory compliance with **ROC, RBI, SEBI (if applicable)**.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

**4. Banking & Treasury Management**
- Manage fund flow, working capital, and cash flow.
- Maintain relationships with banks for loans, LC, BG, and other facilities.
- Monitor interest costs and optimize finance charges.

**5. Audit & Internal Controls**
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
- Strengthen internal control systems and SOPs.
- Ensure timely closure of audits with no major qualifications.

**6. Team Leadership**
- Supervise & mentor the accounts and finance team.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely deliverables.
- Support management in decision-making with financial insights.

**Qualification**
- **CA Inter** (mandatory)
- Preferable: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Upto 20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (depending on company level)
- Knowledge of **Tally / SAP / ERP systems (Gofrugal)**:

- Strong understanding of **Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Banking & Compliance**
