Role: Head – Finance (CA | 8+ Years) Location: Coimbatore Experience: 8+ years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory Role Level: Senior Manager / AGM / GM (based on experience) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong leadership capability to head the Accounts & Finance function for a growing organization. The role reports to the Group CFO and CEO and involves full ownership of financial governance, compliance, audits, planning, and automation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations - Ensure accurate financial reporting and monthly MIS - Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) - Manage audits (quarterly & annual) and financial controls - Oversee fund management, working capital, and cost optimization - Ensure compliance with GST, Direct/Indirect Taxes, LODR & UPSI - Implement automation initiatives (TDS automation, HRMS linkages, DMS–Tally integration) - Develop financial policies, risk mitigation, and internal controls (IFC) - Lead and mentor the Finance team; support cross-functional decision-making Skills & Experience: - CA with 8+ years of post-qualification experience - Strong in financial reporting, planning, audits, and compliance - Experience in process automation and system improvements - Excellent communication: Tamil/Hindi preferred - Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
