About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Chartered Accountant (CA)
with strong leadership capability to head the
Accounts & Finance function
for a growing organization. The role reports to the Group CFO and CEO and involves full ownership of financial governance, compliance, audits, planning, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and monthly MIS
  • Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Manage audits (quarterly & annual) and financial controls
  • Oversee fund management, working capital, and cost optimization
  • Ensure compliance with GST, Direct/Indirect Taxes, LODR & UPSI
  • Implement automation initiatives (TDS automation, HRMS linkages, DMS–Tally integration)
  • Develop financial policies, risk mitigation, and internal controls (IFC)
  • Lead and mentor the Finance team; support cross-functional decision-making

Skills & Experience:

  • CA with
    8+ years
    of post-qualification experience
  • Strong in financial reporting, planning, audits, and compliance
  • Experience in process automation and system improvements
  • Excellent communication: Tamil/Hindi preferred
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
