Role: Head – Finance (CA | 8+ Years)Location: CoimbatoreExperience: 8+ years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – MandatoryRole Level: Senior Manager / AGM / GM (based on experience)About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong leadership capability to head the Accounts & Finance function for a growing organization. The role reports to the Group CFO and CEO and involves full ownership of financial governance, compliance, audits, planning, and automation.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operationsEnsure accurate financial reporting and monthly MISDrive Annual Operating Plan (AOP)Manage audits (quarterly & annual) and financial controlsOversee fund management, working capital, and cost optimizationEnsure compliance with GST, Direct/Indirect Taxes, LODR & UPSIImplement automation initiatives (TDS automation, HRMS linkages, DMS–Tally integration)Develop financial policies, risk mitigation, and internal controls (IFC)Lead and mentor the Finance team; support cross-functional decision-makingSkills & Experience:CA with 8+ years of post-qualification experienceStrong in financial reporting, planning, audits, and complianceExperience in process automation and system improvementsExcellent communication: Tamil/Hindi preferredStrong business acumen and stakeholder management
