**Key Responsibilities of a Finance Manager**1. **Financial Planning & Strategy**
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and forecasts in line with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to provide financial insights.
- Assist senior management in setting financial objectives and long-term financial goals.
- Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities, budget allocations, and financial strategies.

2. **Budgeting & Forecasting**
- Oversee the preparation and management of the organization’s annual budget.
- Monitor budget performance and compare actual outcomes to budgeted forecasts.
- Forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flows to ensure effective financial planning.
- Provide reports and recommendations for cost management and profitability improvement.

3. **Financial Reporting**
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, laws, and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Present financial performance to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for management and board meetings as needed.

4. **Cash Flow & Treasury Management**
- Monitor daily cash flow and ensure the organization has adequate liquidity to meet its obligations.
- Manage cash reserves and banking relationships to optimize cash management.
- Oversee the handling of payments, receipts, and reconciliations to ensure financial stability.
- Advise on effective investment and financing decisions.

5. **Cost Control & Profitability**
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Analyze cost structures and recommend changes to improve profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and monitor financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for capital expenditure and operational projects.

6. **Risk Management**
- Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to minimize fraud, errors, and compliance issues.
- Monitor and manage financial risks related to currency fluctuations, interest rates, and market trends.
- Evaluate insurance and risk management policies to safeguard the company’s assets.

7. **Tax Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure the company complies with all tax laws and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns.
- Stay updated on tax law changes and assess their impact on business operations.
- Manage relationships with auditors and tax authorities to ensure smooth audits and tax filings.

8. **Financial Analysis & Decision Support**
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions.
- Use financial data to assess business performance and propose improvements.
- Conduct variance analysis between budgeted vs. actual financial performance.
- Provide recommendations based on financial modeling, profitability analysis, and market trends.

9. **Team Management & Leadership**
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee daily accounting and financial operations, including managing accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Set clear goals and performance targets for the finance department.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment across finance and other departments.

10. **Stakeholder Management**
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, investors, and banks.
- Ensure effective communication of financial performance with stakeholders.
- Prepare and present financial data to the board of directors and senior management to facilitate decision-making.

11. **Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)**
- Support due diligence efforts during mergers, acquisitions, or business expansion.
- Analyze financial performance and market trends to assess acquisition targets.
- Manage post-merger integration from a financial perspective.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
