**You have**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in finance administration.
- Trustworthy with attention and confidentiality.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Excel, word, powerpoint and also tally package along with add-ins.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Prioritize work, accuracy in delivery of work with attention to detail.
- Should be aware of all tax laws, TDS, GST etc.

**What you'll do**:

- Raising of monthly invoices related to our group companies.
- Computation of invoices and updating the same to the management.
- Preparing ivoice reports and submit to the management in a timely manner.
- Prioritizing of the invoices, follow up of invoices of the client companies.
- Confidentiality in maintenance of reports.
- Preparation of P&L every month and submitting the reports to the management.
- Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices.
- Prepare, track and reconcile ledgers and budgets.

Salary is negotiable

Shift hours : General (09:30 AM TO 06:30 PM IST)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
