Key Responsibilities:
Client Prospecting:
Identifying potential buyers or investors for upcoming property developments.

Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

Lead Qualification:
Evaluating the needs and financial capability of potential buyers.

Ensuring prospective buyers are a good fit for the properties being offered.

Sales Presentations:
Conducting presentations or webinars to showcase upcoming properties or development plans.

Preparing and delivering customized property information and sales pitches to prospective clients.

Coordination with Marketing and Development Teams:
Collaborating with the marketing team to prepare promotional material for upcoming developments.

Liaising with the development team to stay updated on project timelines, pricing, features, and benefits.

Property Showcases:
Organizing events such as property tours, show units, or virtual tours for potential buyers.

Hosting sales events or open houses to generate interest and gather feedback from potential buyers.

Sales Support:
Providing pre-sales information, floor plans, pricing, and other data to clients.

Handling queries about property features, legalities, and amenities.

Documentation and Reporting:
Assisting in the preparation of contracts, sales agreements, and other necessary documents.

Providing regular reports to the sales manager on pre-sales activities, conversion rates, and client feedback.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Staying updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive developments to better position the properties being offered.

Client Relationship Building:
Nurturing long-term relationships with potential buyers, keeping them engaged and updated on developments.

Skills and Qualifications:
Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly explain project details, benefits, and investment opportunities.

Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to convert leads into sales.

Knowledge of Real Estate Market: In-depth understanding of the local or regional real estate market, including regulatory requirements and market trends.

Networking: Ability to build a network of clients, brokers, and real estate developers.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, real estate management software, and digital marketing techniques.

Negotiation Skills: Comfortable negotiating prices and terms with potential clients.

Salary around 22k to 25k
Location
- Lake town
Office time -10:30 am to 7:30pm

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
