**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Associate at Giftlaya, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find the perfect gifting or decoration solution. Your role involves client consultation, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and web chat.
- Consult customers on gifting and decoration options based on their occasion, preferences, and budget.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through consultative selling.
- Follow up with leads and maintain daily sales tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely execution of bookings.
- Maintain knowledge of all Giftlaya products and services to upsell when appropriate.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
- Comfortable handling customer queries through WhatsApp and phone.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools or Excel.
- A passion for celebrations, creativity, and customer service.

**Eligibility**:

- Education: Minimum 12th pass. Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in sales/customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
