Core Responsibilities*

# *3.1 Financial Strategy & Planning*
- Develop long-term financial goals aligned with company objectives.
- Lead annual budget planning and forecasting.
- Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling.
- Advise executive leadership on financial implications of business decisions.

# *3.2 Financial Oversight & Controls*
- Ensure robust internal financial controls.
- Supervise all accounting functions, including AP, AR, and payroll.
- Approve all major financial transactions and capital expenditures.
- Oversee multi-location financial integration and consistency.

# *3.3 Financial Reporting*
- Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
- Present financial reports to executive leadership and board of directors.

# *3.4 Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management*
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with legal and HR for financial aspects of compliance.
- Oversee risk management practices including insurance and liability coverage.

# *3.5 Auditing*
- Organize and lead internal audits on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate external audit activities.
- Implement audit recommendations and close identified gaps.

# *3.6 Treasury & Cash Flow Management*
- Monitor daily and long-term cash flow needs.
- Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.
- Optimize working capital and liquidity strategies.

# *3.7 Stakeholder & Investor Relations*
- Communicate financial health and strategy to stakeholders.
- Support fundraising and investor communications.
- Prepare documentation for board meetings and investor presentations.
4. Approval Authority*
- Approves expenditures over defined thresholds.
- Signs off on all financial policy updates.
- Final approver of departmental budgets.
- Authorizes financial system access and security policies.
5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*
- Budget variance (% deviation)
- EBITDA and net margin
- Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Working capital ratio
- Audit finding resolution rate
6. Reporting Schedule*
- Weekly cash flow and P&L summary.
- Monthly consolidated financial reports.
- Quarterly board reporting.
- Annual strategic financial review.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹141,365.00 per month
