We are seeking a dynamic CFO to join our Gujarat-based client in the chemical manufacturing sector and lead their financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with minimum 20 yrs of experience to lead our organizations financial strategy and operations.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in financial planning, budgeting, treasury management, cost control, and capital raising, along with a proven track record in IPO execution,debt, mergers & acquisitions, and ERP/SAP implementation.

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
  • Manage treasury operations, debt structuring, and cash flow optimization.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS, IND AS, Indian & US GAAP.
  • Drive cost control initiatives and product costing efficiency.
  • Lead stakeholder communication with investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Spearhead M&A transactions and capital market activities, including IPOs.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and lead high-performing finance teams

Must have:

  • Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of direct taxation, financial structuring, and manufacturing finance
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Gujarat with their familyRole & responsibilities
