We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Desktop Support Intern to join our IT team. The intern will assist in providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and update software as required.
- Help maintain IT asset records and inventory.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT support staff.
- Assist in setting up new workstations and devices for employees.
- Document common issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
