**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of stocks and materials.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with vendors to track order status and resolve any issues.
- Manage payment schedules and ensure timely processing of vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, deliveries, and payment statuses.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast inventory needs and plan procurement accordingly.
- Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all vendor-related activities.
- **Age between 30 to 45 years.**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **2 - 5 years of experience in vendor coordination, procurement, or supply chain management.**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability to join.
