**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**

The Outdoor advertising Coordinator oversees production, installation & removal of out-of-home Campaigns and generate the new revenue for the company.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients & agencies and identify new opportunities to expand the business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Develop and implement strategies for identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and solutions.
- Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
- Create overall campaign operational plan, timeline and contingency plans
- Research vendors & costs
- Negotiate and contract with vendors
- Draft campaign briefs for installation teams
- Create/maintain/enforce schedules, budgets and project status, and track equipment
- Coordinate all campaign activities
- Monitor campaign progress, troubleshoot and create proof-of-performance reports
- Develop, optimize & document workflows and processes
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices and communicate these to clients.
- Analyse customer data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and retention.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- MBA in Marketing & Sales
- Leadership and team management skills
- Analytical skills
- Negotiation skills
- Customer service skills
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously
- 1 yrs + experience in a similar position in outdoor advertising or in salas department with industry insights & best practices in Noida and greater Noida
- Team player attitude
- Familiar with CRM software
- Must be aware and have experience in advertisement industry.
- Communicate clearly & diplomatically with clients, agencies, partners & vendors

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
