Lead Electrician at Leadspace, an Outdoor Advertising Company, responsible for overseeing electrical installations and maintenance across various outdoor advertising sites in Andhra Pradesh. The role requires immediate availability and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate electrical installations and repairs at outdoor advertising locations, focusing on traffic signal issues and general electrical maintenance.
- Conduct inspections, diagnose electrical problems, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical work.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as necessary to resolve complex electrical issues.
- Maintain inventory of electrical equipment and spare parts, ensuring availability for immediate repairs.
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in outdoor or commercial settings.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, including traffic signals.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Immediate availability for joining the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in outdoor advertising or similar industries.
- Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to electrical installations.
