Salesman & Advertiser

We are looking for a _Salesman & _**Door-to-Door Advertiser**_ to join our furniture and mattress showroom in Aliganj, Lucknow. Your role will be crucial in **promoting** our high-quality furniture and mattresses, **attracting customers** to our showroom, and **increasing sales.**
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Sales & Customer Engagement**:_
- Identify and engage potential customers through in-store interactions, phone calls, and digital outreach.
- Assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable furniture and mattress options.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with potential buyers to close sales.
- **Door-to-Door Advertising & Lead Generation**:_
- Personally visit residential and commercial areas within a 20 km radius to promote our showroom.
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers and brochures to generate leads.
- Explain offers, discounts, and product details to potential customers and encourage them to visit the showroom.
- Identify and approach bulk buyers such as interior designers, hotels, and offices.
- **Sales Strategy & Market Research**:_
- Develop and implement sales techniques to achieve sales targets and drive showroom footfall.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Reporting & Collaboration**:_
- Track sales performance and customer inquiries, providing regular reports to management.
- Work closely to align advertising efforts and sales strategies.
- Ensure customer feedback is collected and used to improve services and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or customer engagement preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence potential buyers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, confident, and energetic, with the ability to connect with customers.
- Physical Requirements: Comfortable with door-to-door marketing and outdoor customer interactions.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month **+Incentives based on performance**
