**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales prospecting techniques.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities, tracking progress and updates in CRM software.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our IT solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide post-sales support and assistance to clients, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in IT sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and managed services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and win business.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience selling IT solutions to specific industries or verticals (e.g., healthcare, finance, education).
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with strategic account management and consultative selling techniques.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous for international sales roles.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require occasional travel to meet with clients, attend meetings, or participate in events.
- The IT Sales Representative may need to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules and time zone differences.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
