Job Title**:Operations Assistant**

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Operations Lead in managing all logistics and order processing operations, including inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
- Support the Operations Lead in developing and implementing processes and procedures to optimize the supply chain and improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of supply chain and business objectives.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to logistics and order processing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings and assist in implementing solutions to achieve these objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Assist in managing and maintaining records of inventory, orders, and shipments.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in logistics and operations management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and order processing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and systems such as Shopify and Shiprocket is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
