**About the Company**
Times Audio is setting up a new high-end audio-video store in Bangalore. We are in the process of establishing operations and building a local presence.

**Compensation**
₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (fixed).

**Role Overview**
We are looking for a Bangalore-based Operations Assistant to support the setup of our new office and store. This role involves on-ground coordination, vendor interaction, and administrative support during the establishment phase. Initial work will be remote (work from home) until office space is finalized.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research, shortlist, and coordinate visits for suitable office spaces in Bangalore.
- Liaise with landlords, property agents, and service providers.
- Provide updates with photos/videos and maintain property comparison reports.
- Assist with onboarding and coordination of new staff.
- Manage basic administrative functions, including housekeeping and office support staff.
- Act as a local point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Provide inputs on local market practices and operational requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Based in Bangalore with good knowledge of the city.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within Bangalore for site visits and errands.
- Organized, professional, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹210,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
