**We are looking for a Events & Community Associate who will be part of the Growth Marketing team.***:
**Specific Objectives you will own**:

- **Take the lead in implementing successful strategies for all marketing-led digital events**:
- Ensuring that all events generate maximum impact by ways of registrations, attendance, and experience.- Execute marketing campaigns across channels to generate leads for the events- Build robust processes, workflow optimizations, and automation to increase both marketing & operational efficiency for events.- Designing and organizing physical as well as virtual community events that build a community and boost the brand
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure our community operations run smoothly.

**You could be a great fit if...**:

- 1+ years of experience in a growth marketing role- You have at least 1 year of experience in event planning, operations, project management, or community experience.- You love making sure community members have the best experience possible as they interact with our tools and systems.- Able to handle multiple priorities at the same time and being an advocate for great time
- management and prioritization.- You have business fluency in English.
- You are Organized, detailed, and timely.
