**Job Title: Field Recruiter (Logistics)**

Location: Mumbai

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- Meet recruitment targets and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures
- Manage logistics operations, including coordination with transportation teams
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and performance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in logistics
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel (up to 50%)

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of logistics operations and management
- Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
