**Responsibilities**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT industry, with a focus on roles such as software developers, system administrators, and IT support professionals.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, industry trends, and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.

**Salary**: ₹10,806.29 - ₹20,396.12 per month
