3. **Letter Writing**: Draft and prepare letters, memos, and other documents as required, maintaining a professional tone and adhering to company guidelines.
4. **Document Control**: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files of correspondence and documents for easy retrieval and reference.
5. **Coordination**: Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and facilitate communication.
6. **Calendar Management**: Schedule appointments, meetings, and other events as requested, ensuring proper coordination and communication.
7. **Follow-up**: Follow up on outstanding tasks, requests, and commitments to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
8. **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
9. **Quality Assurance**: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all correspondence and documentation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
