To lead the overall operations, strategic initiatives, and business development of the organization, ensuring long-term growth, profitability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Define and drive strategic direction in alignment with the board.
- Oversee business operations across departments and plants.
- Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership.
- Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and corporate governance.
- Represent the company to investors, partners, and regulators.

- MBA/Engineering Graduate
- 20+ years of experience, with minimum 5 years in a CEO role in manufacturing/industrial domain

- Office-based role with frequent inter-state and occasional international travel
- Fast-paced, high-responsibility, high-visibility environment

**12. Authority & Decision-Making**:

- Full authority over operations, budgets, and key leadership appointments

**13. Interdepartmental Interactions**:

- Directly oversees all Functional Heads, Regional Heads, and Central Support Functions
- Regular coordination with Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹98,003.46 per month
