Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for
automation using RPA, Power Automate or other relevant technology.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed as is process designs and technical

specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis to evaluate the potential benefits automating processess.
- Work with developers to configure, test, and deploy automated processes in accordance with business

requirements and best practices.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including process diagrams, user stories, and test cases.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues throughout

the project lifecycle.
- Perform process assessments and continuous improvement activities to optimize existing solutions.
- Provide training and support to business users on tools and processes.
- Stay updated on automation technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and

efficiency within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between initiatives and broader business

objectives.
Required Skills.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation

Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Understanding of ETL, Jenkins, Kafka, CICD, JIRA, Grafana, Power BI, Power Automate is an added

advantage.
- Knowledge of programming languages e.g., Python, Shell and database concepts is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business processes and experience in process analysis, design, and optimization.
- Proficiency in documenting business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
