Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with field and office sales teams for order & payment management.
- Ensure timely dispatches and delivery coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Handle business partner queries regarding product availability, order status, and invoices.
- Support the documentation process for billing, dispatches, and dealer claims.
- Monitor sales team requirements such as sample distribution, brochures, and field campaign materials.
- Help track outstanding payments and follow up with business partners as required.
- Maintain a database of business partners and assist in onboarding new ones.
- Share daily/weekly sales performance reports with management.
- Design and maintain Excel-based reports for sales, distribution, inventory, and field staff performance.
- Collate and clean data from field teams and input partners for reporting.
- Analyze trends and generate actionable insights for management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
- Automate regular reports and support ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Ensure data integrity, backups, and documentation of reporting procedures.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree Commerce, Agribusiness, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, MIS or support role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), Google Sheets.
- Experience in the agriculture or rural sector will be a plus.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to field locations if required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience in working with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
