**Salary**:Take home Rs.12,000/
- Food and Travel expenses will be provided.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Assist business lines and control functions with financial accounting-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents, such as balance sheets, financial statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Examine the fundamental tasks involved in keeping financial statements, regulatory reporting, and ledger accounts current.
- Collect financial information for regulatory and financial reports.
- To ensure accuracy, check data from the general ledger, unit reports, and other financial systems.
- As you gain knowledge of financial control functions in compliance with the organization's internal control policies, follow managers' instructions and use your own discretion.
- Oversee the processes for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Balance other financial documents, such as bank statements.
- Compile cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheet information into monthly financial statements
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Performing audits and addressing inconsistencies.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
