Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our Chennai store. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe dispensing of medications, provide expert advice to customers, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense prescribed medicines accurately and efficiently
  • Advise customers on over-the-counter medications and proper usage
  • Maintain and update pharmacy stock levels; check expiry dates and ensure proper storage of medicines.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
  • Assist in daily operations of the store and billing process
  • Handle customer queries and provide professional guidance
  • Maintain patient records and prescription files for audit purposes.

Requirements:

  • B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Pharmacist Aid
  • Valid Pharmacist registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in shifts and weekends
  • Prior experience in retail pharmacy is a plus
