**Job Summary**
- Enhancing customer experience
- Complete sourcing of prescription accurately, quickly and effectively.
- Receive the stock from Stores/Vendors and check against the Issue Slips, for quantity, batch no, expiry etc. and entry into database
- Doing physical verification of stocks with computer data daily.
- Taking the stock of short-expiry medicines once a every 2 weeks.
- Taking the stock of non-moving medicines once in 1 months.
- If the prescribed drug is not available, arrange for the same through distributors.
- A good working knowledge of alternative brands of the same compound.
- Clarify the quantity required and the dosage with the patients.
- Prepare the bill for the quantity required and inform the patient / customer about the bill amount.
- Very good and effective at sales without being aggressive.
- Answering phone calls and responding in a pleasing manner.
- Pleasant appearance and well mannered. Very essential.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Source the medicine stock from the respective racks in accordance with the bill and the doctor’s prescription.
- Verify the medicines physically for batch no, expiry, quantity with the bill and match with the prescription.
- Pack the medicines along with the prescription and the original bill.
- Educating the patient about dosage, drug interactions.
- Picking the medicines from respective racks, and placing the boxes in respective sites as before.
- Cross checking the medicines with the indent and bill for batch, expiry and quantity.
- Online/ Manual return medicine slips are checked with the physical stock received and accounted in the patient bill.
- Check for the sales statement, cash returns, discount bills, cancelled bills etc.
- Keep the Executive informed of any customer, complaints/ feedback received.
- Always dressed in formals, and smart casuals on weekends.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years professional experience overall.
- Minimum 2 years pharmacy sales executive experience.
- Working knowledge in pharmacology and posology.
- Must have had effective front office/sales experience.
- Must have initiative to smoothen the work flow.
- Have effective written expertise in English and Tamil. Speaking efficiency in Hindi.

**Benefits**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

- Choolai, Chennai - 600112, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Pharmacist: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Registered Pharmacist - Pharmacy Division (preferred)
