**Job Summary**:
As a picker, you'll be responsible for accurately locating, picking, and consumables as per prescriptions, customer orders, or store requirements. The role ensures timely and error-free supply of medicines while maintaining proper storage, stock rotation, and compliance with pharmacy standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pack and label orders neatly and securely to avoid damages.
- Assist in daily stock arrangements and shelf replenishment.
- Report stock shortages, damages, or near-expiry items to the supervisor.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for medicine handling.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the picking/storage area.
- Comply with pharmacy guidelines, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with pharmacists, packers, and delivery staff for smooth order flow.
- Assist in periodic stock audits and physical verification.
- Support in unloading, arranging, and storing received goods.
