**Job Description - Online Picker & Packer**

**Position Title**: Online Picker & Packer
**Department**: E-Commerce / Online Orders
**Location**: [Grand Hyper Market - Abroad]
**Reports To**: E-Commerce Supervisor / Store Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Online Picker & Packer will be responsible for accurately picking items from the supermarket shelves according to online customer orders, carefully packing them, and ensuring timely handover to the delivery team. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and maintaining product quality during the order preparation process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick items from store shelves based on online customer orders using picking lists or handheld devices.
- Ensure accuracy in picking the right product, quantity, and brand as per order.
- Check expiry dates, product condition, and quality before packing.
- Pack items securely to avoid damage during delivery, ensuring freshness of perishable products.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth handover of orders.
- Handle order substitutions if any product is unavailable, as per store policy.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support stock replenishment and report low-stock items to supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th standard (Higher Secondary) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail / supermarket / warehouse / e-commerce fulfillment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of supermarket products (FMCG, groceries, perishables, etc.).
- Physical stamina to walk, bend, and lift during shifts.
- Basic communication skills (reading picking lists, understanding instructions).
