Why this role is important to us

We provide fund administration services to Mutual funds. Range of tasks includes onboarding of new Clients, Processing of Subscription and Redemption trads, distributing Dividends, Settlement and Reconciliation.

The team you will be joining is a part of Reconciliation and settlement (or SNR), that became a part of State Street in Jan, 2024. SNR helps in Reconciliation of cash positions, settlement of Subscription and Redemption trades & Setting funds in TA system as per fund prospectus. Teams also responsible for money movement for Subscription and Redemption trades

What you will be responsible for

As Transfer Agency, Associate 1 you will:
- Reconciling Trades with AML checks.- Providing backups for Trades.- Preparing various reports in Excel.- Doing Escalation’s for outstanding Trades.- Processing Payments in AWD.- Deal booking in MCH.- Perform chasing for outstanding trades- Processing Fund setups
