Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the Transfer Agency Department.

The ideal candidate will have prior transfer agency processing experience, a bachelor's degree in commerce (desired), and 1-5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, responsibility for meeting all client deliverables, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows are essential.

The selected individual will be responsible for performing daily activities, ensuring that client service level agreements are consistently met and exceeded.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Processing financial and non-financial transactions through internal systems as per regulatory and client requirements
  • Identifying and resolving problems within defined procedures
  • Completing archiving of investor and client documentation, ensuring a full audit trail exists for subsequent retrieval
  • Working on initiatives and ad-hoc requirements as per business needs
  • Supporting, guiding, and training other team members

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
