**Roles and Responsibilities**
We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting identified Retail Channel Partners to 2x their delivery for GPL Pune. Their role includes ensuring a robust MIS, coordinating sales activities between GPL Sales Mgrs, PMO and the RCPs, pipeline building from the GPL Programme leads & training for usage of tech (CRM) on-ground. To be a successful sales coordinator, one should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. He/she should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Meeting Channel Partner’s to built relation for Business Development
- Giving training to CP’s regarding Offers, Bookings & Campaign knowledge
- Taking follow up’s from CP’s
- Helping the RCP to improve their productivity by campaigns.
- Driving a robust MIS
- Capturing qualitative customer feedback to improve sourcing
- Sharing customer insights of how a sale can be closed
- Supporting in customer service to arrange appointments and ensure all allocated RCPs have the necessary support to work with.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as Sales Executive in real estate industry
- Basic sales exposure and will travel with sales team for property launch.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Updated on current affairs.
- On CIEL-HR payroll
Pay: ₹9,881.89 - ₹35,359.68 per month
