**Position Overview**
This role is perfect for a proactive, results-oriented individual passionate about driving sales and building a strong brand presence. As a **Marketing & Sales Executive** at Kowo Workspaces, you will lead initiatives to attract and retain members, promote Kowo’s unique offerings, and contribute to its growth as Goa’s leading coworking destination. You will work closely with teams to implement impactful marketing strategies, achieve sales targets, and enhance the overall member experience.
**Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new membership opportunities through market research, cold outreach, and networking within Goa’s dynamic business ecosystem.
- Conduct personalized tours, showcasing Kowo’s premium facilities, including its open terrace and flexible membership options.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, converting prospects into long-term members for desk spaces, private offices, and meeting rooms.
- Collaborate with the Community Team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, ensuring members’ evolving needs are met.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of Kowo Workspaces.
**Marketing and Brand Promotion**
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to highlight Kowo’s unique features and offerings, such as 24x7 access, high-speed internet, and complimentary refreshments.
- Create engaging content and promotional materials aligned with Kowo’s mission and values.
- Represent Kowo Workspaces at local networking events, trade shows, and collaborations to strengthen brand awareness and establish industry connections.
**Community Engagement and Member Relations**
- Build meaningful relationships with members, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Organize and participate in community events that foster collaboration and a sense of belonging among members.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Kowo’s core values of flexibility, sustainability, and customer-centricity.
**Operational Support**
- Work closely with the Community Team to ensure seamless onboarding and a positive experience for new members.
- Provide market insights and member feedback to refine offerings and improve services.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, ideally in hospitality or coworking spaces.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for community engagement and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
