**Field Sales Executive - Plywood Business (Job Summary)**

The **Field Sales Executive** is responsible for generating sales, building relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, and interior designers, and driving business growth for the plywood company. This role requires market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a proactive sales approach to achieve revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plywood market.
- Visit dealers, retailers, and project sites to promote and sell products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, order processing, and after-sales service.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **2+ years of sales experience**, preferably in the **plywood, building materials, or interior solutions industry**.
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and relationship-building** skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and meet sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
