**Responsibilities**:

- Develop & execute marketing strategies for Te'ora Tea, driving sales growth.
- Conduct market research for customer preferences & competition analysis.
- Collaborate with sales for effective promotions.
- Manage social media & digital marketing for brand visibility.
- Analyze metrics & optimize campaign performance.

Required:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in FMCG marketing.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, & presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,332.94 - ₹28,840.06 per month
