**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**:

- Present Kurieta’s services persuasively to potential clients
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and client progress in CRM
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine pitch scripts and outreach strategies
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or demos with senior consultants
- Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets
- Follow-up persistently with prospects to build trust and close deals
- Report insights, objections, and client responses to improve communication strategy

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English Honours, or a related field
- **1-2 years of proven experience** in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably with international clientele)
- Outstanding communication skills with a **neutral or US-accented English** (preferred)
- Strong persuasive ability and confidence on calls
- Basic understanding of business consulting, branding, or digital services is a plus
- Ability to handle rejection, work independently, and stay self-motivated
