**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualifying Leads: Engage with leads to understand their business needs and challenges, and assess their suitability for our BPO services.
- CRM Management: Track, manage, and maintain accurate data on all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups, providing relevant information, and nurturing them toward conversion.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide insights to refine sales strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets to continually improve lead generation efforts.
- KPI Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue impact.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience: Graduate/HSC with a minimum of 6 months in B2B sales/lead generation/inside sales
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with decision-makers.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently to achieve targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, client needs, and sales metrics to make informed decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying potential sales opportunities and resolving client concerns.

Preferred:

- Experience in selling BPO services or outsourcing solutions.
- Knowledge of various industries that frequently outsource services (e.g., healthcare, finance, customer service).
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with a high level of autonomy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
