**Junior Accounts Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process **vendor invoices**, **staff reimbursements**, and other payables in a timely manner.
- Perform **account reconciliations** and maintain up-to-date and organized financial records.
- Ensure **timely execution of daily payments**, maintaining adherence to financial obligations and cash flow requirements.
- **Post and update accounting entries** in real-time to support effective and transparent financial reporting.
- Assist in generating and analyzing **weekly/monthly reports** related to payables and cash flow.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or payment-related issues promptly.
- Adhere to and support implementation of **internal controls** and compliance with company financial policies.
- Contribute to minimizing payment delays and preventing backlogs in day-to-day financial operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally Prime** (mandatory).
- Strong command of **MS Excel** and accounting systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Must be available for **immediate joining**.
- Willing to work **on-site** at the Chamrajpet Bangalore.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
