Sales Coordinator Tender Executive

**Job Summary**
**Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination**:
- Coordinate and support the sales team to achieve targets and ensure timely order execution.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain and update sales records, CRM systems, and databases.
- Follow up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and feedback.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and operations, to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
**GEM Tender Management**:
- Monitor and track GEM portal updates, including new tenders, corrigenda, and announcements.
- Handle the end-to-end tendering process on the GEM platform, including bid preparation, submission, and follow-ups.
- Review tender documents to ensure compliance with requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Liaise with government officials and departments to resolve any tender-related queries.
- Maintain documentation of all GEM transactions, bids, and approvals for audits and compliance.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through GEM and related platforms.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum [Insert Years] experience in sales coordination and GEM tender management.
- Proficiency in using the GEM portal and related government tender platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of sales processes and tender documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Prior experience in government tender handling or similar roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for sales and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate tender and sales opportunities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
