Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
**Identify and evaluate relevant tenders in the IT hardware infrastructure industry from various sources such as e-tendering portals, government websites, and client databases.**

**Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring that all requirements and specifications are met.**

**OEM Registration on GEM portal**

**Product registration on GEM portal**

**Analyze tender requirements, develop competitive pricing strategies, and prepare proposals that align with company goals.**

**Ensure that all tenders are submitted on time, accurately, and in compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.**

**Maintain tender records and documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance.**

**Communicate with clients to clarify tender specifications and respond to any queries.**

**Collaborate with management to review and revise tender submissions to enhance competitiveness.**

**Monitor post-tender processes, including contract negotiations and closing procedures.**

**Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards in IT hardware and infrastructure.**

**Handling and on-time submission of Online / Offline Tenders of various Govt./Semi Govt. institutes like Defence, Railways, Govt. Hospitals, State Govt., Etc**

**Filtering tenders from all the Tenders for participation in consultation with GM and Directors**

**Any other tasks and activities are given by management.**

**Ad hoc activities as and when it arises.**
