Hiring Alert: Zendesk Administrator

Position Title: Zendesk Administrator

Location: Remote

Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience

Contract: 12 months

Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize the Zendesk platform to meet business requirements, including setting up workflows, triggers, automations, and macros. Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access controls. Monitor and manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Zendesk support for complex problems. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on support metrics and identify areas for improvement. Implement and optimize integrations with other tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, chat, and telephony systems). Conduct regular audits of Zendesk configurations and data to ensure accuracy and alignment with best practices.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹298,487.03 - ₹1,292,101.51 per year
