**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining property offerings, and scheduling site visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain property features, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
- Follow up with interested clients and coordinate with the sales team for site visits.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Prior experience in telesales or real estate is an advantage.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive on the phone.

**Work Timings**:
[Insert working hours, e.g., 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 6 days a week]
