Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining client relationships, and meeting/exceeding sales targets. You must have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
- Respond to incoming calls and handle customer inquiries regarding products or services.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing and field sales team when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual abilities (if required by target market).
- Knowledge of the industry/product.
- Previous experience with cold calling or outbound campaigns.
