**Location** - Noida Sector 62.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Noida. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling products over the phone, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales, coordinating sales efforts with team members, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.

**Description**
- Must be able to handle Real Estate customer's inbound and outbound calls.
- Must Explain to the Customers about the proper details of the Property.
- Invite Clients to Site Visits as per Sales leads.
- Building and Maintaining profitable relationships with customers.
- Handling Customer queries over the phone.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish good customer relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Experience in telesales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge and understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Customer-focused and service-oriented approach to work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
