Telesales Executive Position We are seeking a dynamic and driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Noida. This role is ideal for individuals with a knack for sales and excellent communication skills, who are eager to contribute to our insurance sales department. Whether you are just starting your career or have up to five years of experience, this full-time, in-office position offers a vibrant work environment where you can thrive. Tata AIA life insurance Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective customers. Provide detailed information about insurance products and services over the phone. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management. Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information in the CRM system. Handle customer questions or objections, providing accurate responses and solutions. Follow up on initial contacts with potential customers. Maintain confidentiality of the company’s information and customer data. Required Skills: Solid experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role. Strong understanding of insurance products or willingness to learn quickly. Exceptional communication skills with fluency in either English, Hindi,Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam(both verbal and written). Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. High level of professionalism and commitment to work ethics. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience Range: 0-5 years Job Timing: This position requires the candidate to work in-office. Job Type: This is a full-time job based in Noida.
