Job Title: Real Estate Telesales Executive Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential buyers/investors over the phone, presenting property options, and driving sales conversions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell real estate properties. Respond to inbound inquiries from various marketing campaigns and convert them into qualified leads. Build and maintain a database of customer contacts and follow up regularly to nurture relationships. Present property details clearly and confidently, highlighting features, benefits, and investment opportunities. Schedule appointments and property site visits between clients and the sales team. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Stay up to date with property listings, pricing, market trends, and competitor activity. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience and encourage referrals. Requirements Proven experience as a telesales executive, telemarketer, or similar sales role (real estate industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage.
