SHIFT DAYS : 6 DAYS/ FIXED
SHIFT TIMINGS : 10:30AM - 05:30PM
- **Responsibilities**:_
- We are looking for an Tele calling /Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our Real Estate client company.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about property
- Answer questions about property or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective telesales executive must be an excellent communicator. They must be comfortable presenting property over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience as telecalling/telesales executive or other customer service role
- Ability to learn about property and describe/explain them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
