**Purpose of the Role**:
To convert leads into successful enrolments and guide students to make the right career choice by providing all students with the correct information about our training programs and follow up with leads.

**Structure; **Reporting to BUSSM Span N/A INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

**Key Deliverables**
- Responsible for generating leads & converting theminto enrolment
- Responsible for maintaining database & cold calling/outbound calls
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Job Responsibility
- Responsible for generating leads through Cold Calling, Internet Research and various Sources.
- Ensure the daily targets of calling the prospects are met - 50 fresh connected calls per day & deliver set target of sales per month.
- Collect/purchase databases, maintain and expand database of prospects
- Research, identify key students and generate interest in our online courses & services.
- Contact potential students via phone to establish rapport & convert leads into enrolment.
- Network and strive to convert connections into customers
- Take prospectsfrom initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone. Present solutions virtually.
- Daily follow up to all the prospects/leads and also closing the leads. Approach
- Building trusted relationship with students by providing them with accurate information about the training programs

**EXPECTED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**

**Education Qualification**
- Graduate in any discipline Prior Work Experience
- Must be from the HR/Staffing industry with 2 years of experience
- Experience in B2C Telesales/ Telecalling/ Data calling/ Telecounselling Behavioral Competencies
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships, flair for tele sales.
- Excellent telephonic courtesy and customer handling Functional Competencies
- Fluent English communication
- Skills to convert the calling into leads and then into Sales.
- Skills to communicate with the customersfor Pre Sales and Post Sales

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Remote: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- HR/Staffing industry: 2 years (preferred)
- B2C Telesales/ Telecalling/ Data calling/ Telecounselling: 2 years (preferred)
