**Responsibilities**:

- **Career Coaching**: Provide one-on-one career coaching sessions to clients, helping them identify their career goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
- **Resume Preparation**: Assist clients in creating, updating, and optimizing their resumes and cover letters to increase their chances of securing job interviews.
- **Training Workshops**: Design and deliver workshops and training programs on various topics, including resume writing, interview skills, job search strategies, and professional networking.
- **Career Growth Strategies**: Advise clients on strategies for career advancement, including skill development, networking, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Conduct assessments to identify clients' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Provide constructive feedback and support throughout the career development process.
- **Resource Development**: Create and maintain a library of career development resources, including templates, guides, and online courses.
- **Market Trends Analysis**: Stay updated on the latest job market trends, hiring practices, and industry requirements to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and coaching sessions, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in career coaching, professional development, or a related field.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- **Coaching Skills**: Proven experience in providing career coaching and training, with a strong understanding of career development principles and best practices.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in using career development tools, resume-building software, and online training platforms.
- **Market Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of current job market trends, hiring practices, and industry requirements.
- **Certification**: Relevant certifications in career coaching or professional development are a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
